MRG Board of Directors Registry

We have been approached by a number of mining companies regarding Board of Directors searches to take place over the coming weeks and months and are now looking to update our registry of experienced Directors that are  interested in and have the capacity to serve on additional Boards in a non-executive capacity.

These opportunities range from new deals (Private/IPO/RTO) through to established companies in need of corporate restructuring, succession planning or simply to deepen the bench.

If you are interested in being approached with select opportunities, please provide an outline of your experience as it relates to corporate governance: current board positions, committees served, areas of specialization(be it commodity, geography, function or focus), a brief synopsis of what sort of opportunity would most appeal to you and a brief bio.
