The Mining Recruitment Group is a boutique executive search firm focused exclusively on the unique requirements of the mining industry.

We are currently accepting applications on behalf of our client, a junior gold exploration company based in Vancouver, with projects in North and South America, is now accepting applications for the role of President.

Our client is one of a handful of junior companies to have in excess of 3 million ounces of NI43-101 compliant resources on their flagship project, and is continuing an aggressive exploration program across their portfolio of other assets, generating significant news flow over the coming year . The company is in an extremely good financial position, and is well funded to fuel further exploration and development on their projects.

The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, with a commanding market following within the mining sector. Experience operating at the President/Chief Executive level is desirable. With a financial/business background, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of negotiating with joint venture partners, be proficient in capital raising, and be a skilled communicator.
