President Exploration and Project Generator

The Mining Recruitment Group is a boutique executive search firm focused exclusively on the unique requirements of the mining industry.

We are currently seeking applications on behalf of our Client, a TSXV listed resource company overseen by proven resource finders. Our Client has a diverse project portfolio in Canada and the United States, with a number of rare earth, diamond, gold and base metals projects under their control. The Company also continues to seek out new greenfield and advanced opportunities throughout both North and Latin America.

The Company is currently very well structured with a very solid team in place, access to capital, tight share structure and a committed Board. The current CEO is stretched thin right now as he runs or is a director of multiple other ventures and is looking for someone that can take a more active approach in leading.

Our Client is looking for is someone that can bring new projects into the Company and manage the day to day operations. The incumbent will be an acquisitions focused geologist that has worked in both North and South America. This role would be well suited for someone who has either run an exploration Company or has been looking to take the step from VP Exploration to that of President. The Chairman of the Company is very well known within the industry, with a string major successes behind him and is looking to mentor the incumbent as they takeover responsibilities.
