Chief Financial Officer Mid Cap Resource Co

The Mining Recruitment Group(M.R.G) is a boutique Executive Search firm focused on the unique needs of the mining industry.

MRG is accepting applications on behalf of our client, a mid cap gold exploration company based in Vancouver with development stage projects in Latin America, for a Chief Financial Officer.

The CFO will be responsible for the financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, cash receivable management, regulatory compliance, insurance and directing cost control initiatives of this publicly traded company.

The position will be based out of the company’s Vancouver head office, and will report directly to the CEO.

The ideal applicant will possess a professional designation(CA preferred), with at least fifteen years of experience within the mining sector, having held similar positions with other mid to large cap, fast growing companies. The successful candidate will have skill at communicating at all levels within the organization, as well as with those within the financial community. Spanish speaking would be an asset.
